Location: San Francisco, CA

While this position is currently hybrid, we're looking for candidates who plan to be in the San Francisco area long-term, and who can come into an office from time to time.

We help organizations amplify their brand and strengthen their culture through sustainably focused apparel, accessories, and gifts. 


Local to San Francisco, our women-owned and operated company works globally to help clients showcase their brand through high-quality apparel, accessories, gift boxes (Kits), and online stores. Our in-house design team works hand-in-hand with clients to ensure they are choosing the best products for their business from a quality, ethical, and design perspective.

A graphic designer with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You love working directly with clients. You enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to maintain order and structure. What you'll be doing:

Providing amazing client service primarily through email, video, and the phone. You must also be open to meeting clients in person as needed. You will work to build a strong rapport and friendship with clients, who work for some of the most noteworthy companies around. You will:


  • Interface with new and existing leads via email, phone, video, and in-person (as needed)
  • Answer inquiries about the products and services we offer in a clear, concise, and thoughtful manner
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our evolving products and services
  • Curate meaningful product selections for clients
  • Provide accurate and detailed quotes using our pricing matrix
  • Create digital apparel proofs and mockups using Photoshop and/or Illustrator
  • Create graphics using Photoshop and/or Illustrator
  • Coordinate orders with the production team to ensure that all ordered products are delivered accurately and on-time
  • Acquire a solid understanding of timelines and deadlines
  • Stay highly organized by managing a calendar, project timelines, and daily to-do lists
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize and shift focus as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can easily build rapport with clients
  • Incredibly organized
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to be challenged
  • Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (+ Google Sheets)
