Your Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Physical Education, Nutrition or related field required; Family Nurse Practitioner, Master's, M.D. or Ph.D. preferred.
• 7 to 10 years' experience managing corporate wellness programs and/or wellness centers.
• Knowledge of counseling practices and assessment procedures.
• Must have a proven track record of success in personal life with health and wellness-related endeavors and must be able to demonstrate having been part of an organization or group that has successfully reduced employer costs and employee premiums of healthcare secondary to a Health & Wellness program.
