We are a LTC / Sub Acute Nursing Home with a beautiful 150+ bed LTC / SUB ACUTE facility in Ocean County NJ seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) with strong clinical and leadership skills to oversee our facility. The ideal candidate has a passion for serving seniors, mentoring staff and providing exceptional and compassionate care.

Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:

The Director of Nursing is responsible for, coordinating, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the nursing service department as well as its programs and activities in accordance with current rules and regulations and guidelines that govern the nursing care facilities. J

Director of Nursing (DON) Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of experience in long term care nursing management
• At least 2 years nursing managerial experience required.
• Currently licensed as RN in state of practice.
