Summit Home Care is a family-owned and operated home care agency servicing Monmouth and Ocean County. We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable in-home caregivers to join our team of dedicated professionals.We have multiple shifts open with our clientele that need immediate coverage; Days, Nights & Weekend hours. 

Responsibilities of the HHA:

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Accompany patients to the doctor's office or to the hospital
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Monitor patients and report on their condition
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Requirements: 

• HHA Certificate
• Physical with PPD or Quantiferon (cannot be older than 6 months)
• If the PPD is positive then a chest x-ray is required
• Drug screen test (cannot be older than 6 months)
• Rubella & Rubeola blood work (from the lab)
• Two references
• Social security card
• Valid ID (NJ State ID / Passport / Resident Card)
