We are now accepting applications for a Director of Operations to provide leadership to our Community Managers while developing strong, positive, and lasting relationships with our community teams and residents.

• You’ll travel extensively while performing on-site community observations and coaching visits.
• You’ll pro-actively connect with residents and guests to gather feedback and assess the community team presence and influence.
• You’ll assist in hiring Community Management teams and provide ongoing coaching and development to maximize their potential.

• Demonstrated success in a multi-unit senior living environment strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in operations and sales.
