We are seeking a Director of Quality Assurance for a Food Manufacturing Company.

The company has been a market leader for over 50 years.

• Minimum of 5 - 7 of progressive Management of QA in a Food Manufacturing Plant.
• BS degree in Food Science or related degree.
• HACCP Certified.
• SQF Practitioner with blood borne pathogens expertise.
• Experience leading and managing large teams.
• Develop and oversee implementation of procedures & guidelines and provide direction to ensure food safety and quality production.
• Manage SQF Systems to ensure they are followed within established governmental & regulatory agencies, Customer specifications, & third-party audits
• Provide technical expertise, recommendations, coaching, and training to all staff for Scientific or Technical aspects of the business
• Manage Quality, Food Safety, Food Security, Environmental, and Safety operations
• Direct activities of the plant lab: supervise lab techs, schedule, train and provide feedback; set up, calibrate, and maintain a systematic method of auditing analytical results
