Job Description

As the IT eCommerce and Digital Marketing Director, you will provide business technology innovation, vision and leadership for developing, implementing and maintaining business applications that support the eCommerce and Digital Marketing functions, as well as the growth of those functions through technology-related business initiatives. They will have 3 direct reports and 25 indirect reports.



What youll do

Provide project portfolio management for the eCommerce and Digital Marketing business units

Ensure the development of high-quality technology related business solutions in accordance with established schedules and budgets

Provide operational support for existing business systems for the eCommerce and Digital Marketing business units

Advocate for the business, within IT, to ensure the technologies and business processes are developed to enable business initiatives for the eCommerce and Digital Marketing business units

Develop and manage key relationships with internal and external business and technology partners and vendors to sustain an innovative environment and react to changing business needs

Provide business and technical leadership to multiple technology teams, as well as thought leadership in the areas of business technology, process management, and technology solutions

Direct and manage the overall technology satisfaction and expectations for the eCommerce and Digital Marketing business units


Exerpeince in the retail/consumer products industry

Kibo ecommerce platform (SAP, HCL, Adobe, Salesforce are equivalents)

Plan View project management tool

Sharewell for service management system

React Native programming language
Bachelors degree in business or computer science

10-15+ years of overall experience within eCommerce, Digital Marketing, and Retail Industry expertise

o 5+ Years IT experience (development, analyst, administrator, etc)

o At least 8 years in a management role

Vendor management expertise, including evaluation, onboarding, negotiations, service level measurement criteria

Proven ability to successfully deliver technical solutions to business problems and resolve complex multi-platform technical issues

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
