Direct Sales Manager – Vehicle Exhaust Air Handling Systems

A strong, international company domestically based is looking for a territory representative residing in the Chicago / Milwaukee Metro area to establish and grow a sales territory.

Job Summary:

• Territory of 5 States, MI WI IL IN MN
• The goal is to become basis of design for the Emergency Vehicle Exhaust Extraction for these fire stations, as well as for Vehicle Repair Shops
• This person will also call on all emergency stations and become engaged in the Fire fighter community by attending Fire Chief meetings, Trade shows and other events within this
  community.
• Develop relationships with Chiefs and/or Key influencer's and decision makers.
• Establish sales targets for each product and support the monthly accuracy of the forecasting.
• Be knowledgeable of products/services, as well as industry dynamics and stay adept at using
  sales support resources.
• Must have a background working with technical industrial products through distribution channels such as
  wholesale distributers, dealers, and manufacturers reps.

• Location: Ideally Chicago area (IL, MI, IN,WI, MN region)
• Compensation: 60/40 pay mix
• Base: $60k
• Target Incentive: $40k
• On Target Earning Total: $100k
• Travel: 70% Domestic USA

• CRM System is Microsoft dynamics
• Selling to firehouses and first responder vehicle garages or private automotive facilities in cold-weather climates
• New and Junior sales Reps are primary targeted candidates.
• Municipal Garages and commercial dealerships also target customers
• UNCAPPED COMMISSION STRUCTURE - Significant increase after 130% with no limitation
