Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of secretarial duties including administrative support for Vice Presidents of Medical Oncology, Surgical Services and Radiation and Quality department and others as directed.
- As directed, schedules meetings, orders foods, arranges facilities, and prepares presentations and handouts.
- Attends and takes meeting minutes as directed in a professional and timely manner
- Composes, prepares, and proofreads correspondence, office memos and reports on computer and maintains confidentiality when required.
- Maintains office calendar and schedules meetings and appointments as needed.
- Provides administrative support for Quality Department projects to include research, compiling data and the preparation of presentations.
- Support on special projects including filing.
- Other duties as requested and assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Associate's degree preferred
- 3 years of office administration and/or secretarial experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications a MUST
