Seeking passionate, dynamic, and organized pastry chef/leader to manage small team

at local Alpharetta Artisan Bakery.

Requirements:

At least 2 years pastry experience and 1 year of management experience

Job Responsibilities:

Properly managing all operations of the pastry department

Daily production of all dessert items

Collaborating to develop new inspirational desserts and pastries with owner

Training for all pastry team members

Upholding the highest standards of food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of staff and guests

Ordering/ costing and inventory of pastry items
