Job Description

This member of the learning content  team will assist in the development of memorable and impactful graphic design for both printed and electronic media for educational content for Paycom clients.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Employ computer software to design digital or print versions of advertisements, brochures, slicks, posters, magazines, newsletters and other publications.
  • Submit rough drafts for approval.
  • Make changes to mock-ups, drafts and existing material.
  • Revise existing material to bring up to current graphic standards.
  • Follow branding guidelines and templates to ensure consistent corporate identity.
  • Assist with management of creative filing systems.
  • Participate in brainstorming and/or planning meetings with the Creative Service team and/or other Paycom employees.

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelors degree in related field or 6 years experience in graphic design

Experience:

  • Preferred 3+ years developing and executing graphic design

 

Skills/Abilities:

  • Design and Layout Skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Produce press ready art
  • Must be customer focused
  • Creative
  • Flexible
  • deadline oriented with attention to detail
  • Copy writing a plus!
