Home Health Nurse Clinical Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of field-based RNs
• Implementation and coordination of all patient care programs
• Coordination and supervision of care to clients during benefit period
• Staff Education and Training related to clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement
• Standards of Performance for Branch Operations

Requirements

• Current License as a Registered Nurse
• COVID Vaccination required
• 3-4 years of Clinical experience
• 1+ years of Skilled Home Health required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills
• Ability to lead and carry a caseload when necessary
