Primary Purpose: 
Participate in all phases of the project life cycle and processes for projects of varying complexity. Define success criteria for product development while aligning company and department initiatives.  Evaluate and perform analysis of specific business and system challenges and translate them into system requirements to meet initiatives, requirements and expectations. Perform project management duties that support the initiation, planning, execution and completion of projects as needed.  Must be familiar with Agile, Kanban and Waterfall methodologies.

Essential Functions:
-Define success criteria for product development while aligning company and department initiatives by acting as liaison between IT and assigned functional areas
-Evaluate and perform analysis of specific business and system challenges and translate them into system requirements to meet initiatives, requirements and expectations

-Construct workflow charts/diagrams that meet department criteria and aligns with system capabilities
-Document all defined requirements and maintain any changes made to the Requirements Document (RD) and ensure defined requirement are aligned according to system/program development
-Resolve issues/problems in timely manner and provide recommendations in order to meet project deadlines/milestones
-Inform and conduct follow up with appropriate department personnel on all problems or potential problem situations in a timely manner; provide recommendations for resolution
-Establish, build and maintain relationships with designated department personnel to assist in ease of implementation and project success
-Continue to develop analytical skills and knowledge of the business and gain familiarity with systems development methodologies, project planning and project control disciplines
-Perform project management functions in order to maintain project timelines
-Record and report the status of projects and assignments accurately
-May assist others in defining system scope and objectives through research and fact finding
-Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives
-Document requirement gaps and process artifacts including project objective, functional system requirements, non-functional system requirements, data requirements, constraints, assumptions and current state process analysis as well as future state process maps

Education:
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required

Work Experience:
-3+ years experience in Information Technology and/or project management required
-Previous experience with system security and/or encryption preferred
-Previous experience within Infinium/AS-400 preferred

Skills and Abilities:
-Must be familiar with system integration solutions
-Must have excellent business/IT process documentation skills
-Must have experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis
-Must possess exceptional communication skills
-Must be familiar with systems development methodologies, business case development and modeling techniques and methods
-Must have excellent project management skills and be knowledgeable of project planning and control disciplines
