Location: Waltham, MA Salary: 140k to 1450k Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT Security Manager This role is AVP (10%) and if someone is currently a VP, we’ll consider them.

VP is 15%.

It’s unlikely we’ll have a sign-on bonus as we don’t use this vehicle due to pay equity.

We would consider buying out a bonus, however we require documentation to verify bonus.

This comes during the negotiation stage.
