Clove Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center  is now hiring a full-time Registered Nurse ( RN ) to work as an Infection Control Nurse who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. The Infection Control Registered Charge Nurse ensures that the high quality of nursing care is delivered efficiently and effectively. Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel on the assigned unit. Manages resident care through MDS, care planning process, and resident assessments/observations, and directs the Infection Control program for the facility.

INFECTION CONTROL NURSE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License by the State
• Long Term Care Experience Preferred
• Must have good assessment skills aned be self-motivated
• Prefer if CDC course on Long Term Care Preventionist has been completed
• Prefer training as an Infection Control Preventionist for Long Term Care
