We are currently seeking a Information Security Project Manager to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Establishment, Project and Program initiation
• Execution Planning and Schedule Development
• Resource Planning and Effort Estimation, Forecasting and Utilization Analysis
• Workload, Demand, and Delivery Prioritising Support
• Risk Mitigation and Issue Resolution / Escalation Support
• Reporting Milestone Formation, Progress Tracking, Weekly and Monthly Reporting

Required Skills.

• Experience of differing execution methodologies such as waterfall, agile/scrum, and hybrid approaches
• Ability to indirectly manage virtual team members from a diverse cultural background
• Strong and proven risk management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently
• Excellent verbal, written & reporting skills
• A sound background for the adherence to business processes and procedures
• MS Office skills
• Ability to work with all levels of management
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexible, work independently, self-motivated, and a team player
• Be assertive / confident

Desired:

• Awareness of information security technologies, risk assessments, and compliance
• PMP certified (or equivalent recognized professional standard)
