Our client, a leading full service global investment bank, is seeking to hire an Investment Banking Director in NYC. The firm is looking for individuals with experience in a variety of industries including but not limited to Technology, Consumer Goods, Industrial, and Real Estate.

The company specializes in deal origination in the small to mid-cap market and executes 150-200 deals annually, including IPOs, M&A, PIPEs, CMPOs, Registered Direct Offerings, and Rights Offerings as lead manager and or co manager.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 10-15+ years of Investment Banking experience
• Must be capable of generating and executing new business and have a keen understanding of the process
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• International transaction experience preferred
• Series 79
