Qualifications:

• Relevant previous construction experience preferred, not required.

• Have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

• Strong desire for continued growth and learning in the construction field.

• Previous construction outside work experience preferred.

Requirements:

**Must have a clean criminal background.

**Must NOT be afraid of heights.

**Must be able to work in an outside and non-climate controlled environment.

**Must be able to lift up to 75lbs consistently.

**Must have work boots.

**Drug testing is required. Must Pass.

**Must have own reliable transportation. (Jobsite’s are NOT accessible by public transportation)
