Including: Microsoft Teams, Cooley Access site, Lupl and Diligent * Determine proper planning related to said requests * Work closely with the Legal Service Delivery, Practice Innovation and Practice Engagement teams, to ensure proper intake and setup * Develop support strategies for user systems based on user feedback and market standards * Initiate programs that promote the continuous improvement of features and best practices * Drive a feedback program based on actionable system data insights, with reporting to relevant colleagues and department leadership * 3+ years in the legal industry and law firm technology experience * Previous experience with SharePoint, Diligent and Adobe Acrobat * Bachelor's degree, or relevant experience * Experience with the implementation and support of related law firm enterprise technologies such as iManage, Microsoft Teams, HighQ, SharePoint, and Diligent * Capacity to work extended hours and/or weekends * Can-do attitude Company is an innovative law firm that specializes in Corporate, Litigation, Regulatory and Intellectual Property.
