MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants. *Description* * Deliver key facets strategic programs to optimize practice team's adoption and usage of legal technology and service delivery solutions * Collaborate with lawyers and industry professionals to help them understand the technology-driven tools and services available to them * Responsible for the development of legal project management approaches * Increase efficiency's working in collaboration with finance and other firm functions to lower costs to increase profitability * Work with experts responsible for the deployment of technology tools in order to successfully develop ongoing practice-facing adoption efforts * Advocate the improvement of features and best practices for internal and client-facing legal technology and service delivery initiatives * 3+years of professional business experience in legal service, legal product, or experience with legal technology solutions * Background in business processes, including enterprise communication, data collection and organization, and other matrixed organization best practices * Understanding of practicing lawyers core needs * Bachelor's degree in related disciplines * Knowledge of data visualization applications; Power BI, Tableau * Strong customer service background Company is an innovative law firm that specializes in Corporate, Litigation, Regulatory and Intellectual Property.
