Sign-On Bonus:

• $7,500 bonus for full time
• $3,750 bonus for part-time  

Hourly rates: $32 - $37 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:

•       Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN for the state of RI
•     It is key to being able to provide excellent patient care
•     COVID Vaccination is required
