WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE FULL TIME LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES FOR ALL SHIFTS!

The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics is a skilled nursing facility caring for both the geriatrics and pediatrics populations. We are currently seeking licensed practical nurses for both units for all 3 shifts.

Working under the supervision of RNs and other licensed medical professionals, you will be a source of great emotional and physical support for our resident children and adults while assisting them with their daily living. Responsibilities as a Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Be able to handle complexity of a Pediatrics unit
• Ability to care for patients with NGT, GT, Tracheostomy, wound care, and temperature instability.
• Be able to care for patients on a ventilator machine
• Must have the ability to adapt to an environment/clinical setting that changes day to day
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
• Maintain confidentiality and rights of residents and family members in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulation
• Promote and support positive guest relations to all visitors and residents

Requirements for a Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing
• Current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New Jersey
