Green Meadows Rehab and Nursing is looking to hire LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE who are willing to make a difference and join the WINNING TEAM! Currently,  we have a need for Full-Time and Part-Time Nurses!

Responsibilities:

• Active LPN License

• Medication Administration

• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures.

• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards.

• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data.
