$5,000 Sign On Bonus!! Green Meadows Rehab and Nursing are ACTIVELY SEEKING an Full Time 3p-11p RN SUPERVISOR to join our "Dynamic Team" of Caring & Compassionate staff touching the lives of our residents. 

At Green Meadows you will begin your career by attending a comprehensive training program to enhance professional growth in your new job. We provide full PPE for all employees and conduct on-site Covid testing for all employees. Newly certified applicants are encouraged to apply. This position is 3-11PM Monday - Friday!

All RN SUPERVISOR Responsibilites are within scope of practice. 

FULL TIME: 3:00PM-11:00PM.
