JOB TITLE: Little Dollie’s Waffles Supervisor

DIVISION: Food & Beverage

REPORTS TO: Mountain Manager                                

LOCATION: Little Dollie’s

CLASSIFICATION: Seasonal Hourly

PURPOSE OF POSTIION: The Little Dollie Supervisor is responsible for preparing the restaurant for daily service, ordering food and supplies as well as prepping food daily. This position cooks and cleans fast and efficiently and always interacts with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Punctual and reliable
• Knowledge of restaurant equipment, duties and recipes
• Friendly and professional
• Good hygiene and cleanliness
• Food consistency
• Counting cash fast and correctl7
• May need to be 21 to serve beer 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Open:

• Turn on waffle irons and heats up chili at Moonbeam
• Get bank and open cash register
• Brew coffee and set up station

Close:

• Make sure area is clean and stocked
• Pull waffles for next day when appropriate
• Close register
• Turn off waffle irons and soup warmers
