WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:

• Review all loan documents post-closing, auditing packages to ensure that all information is accurate
• Answering inbound communications to service accounts, fulfill requests and address issues
• Handle standard loan documentation processes including processing, reviewing or distributing materials
• Keep accurate digital and paper records of all loan documents

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous banking or financial experience (bank teller, loan processor, etc.)
• Experience or knowledge of: deeds of trust, title policies, car titles, loan collaterals, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Longevity in previous roles
• Detail-oriented and organized individual
