Machine Operator

FULL-TIME

$18.25/hr, plus $2000 new hire bonus, see details below

Duties include effectively and efficiently performing the safe operation of various machinery, starting up & breaking down during the beginning and end of all production shifts, and troubleshooting effectively in order to minimize production downtime.

Schedule

Shift start: 5:30AM or 6:00AM or 2:30PM or 3:00PM or 4:00PM
Shift length: 8 - 10 hours
5 days/week, must be available any day

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 25 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Ability to work in a cold environment. Previous experience with operating machinery preferred.

$2000 new hire incentive

This bonus will be paid out in four separate installments (day 15, day 90, 6 months and 1 year) and is based on meeting company expectations regarding performance and conduct.
