We Are Hiring:

Ascension is seeking a Manager, Risk Managment to support our Midwest and Mobile market with Risk Management. If you have experience in this area, apply today! 

What You Will Do:

Develop, implement and manage risk management activities.

• Develop, implement and evaluate practices and policies.
• Collect and analyze data to identify potential or actual sources of risk to patients, associates, and their environment.
• Collaborate with staff, medical staff, leadership, quality and other committee members with respect to risk-related incidents, policies and practices.
• Develop or facilitate safety, risk and quality care initiatives.
• Manage activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.

What You Will Need:

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience required.
• 5 years of experience preferred.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
