The hospice Manager of Business Development (MBD) is responsible for leading the sales team in attainment of overall and individual sales objectives and revenue growth. Collaborates with leadership & team members to stay abreast of all sales/marketing programs, to develop and implement local sales plans and to coordinate with operational and clinical leadership to ensure extraordinary customer service. The MBD is responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, managing the sales team.

A minimum of three years healthcare sales management experience. Hospice or Home Health industry experience highly preferred.
