Marketing Events Coordinator

At Sunrise, our Marketing Events Coordinator is responsible for providing a successful, warm welcoming experience for the Sunrise customer through engaging events and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Working with the sales and marketing team to execute on the event marketing strategy.
Selecting appropriate event venues and securing reservation and catering contracts for events.
Planning and executing on all aspects of the events to make the experience a success for our customers.
Strategizing with the team on how to convert event attendees to referral relationships or sales.
Adhering to marketing budget constraints and timelines to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

High School diploma / GED required; Associate and/or College degree preferred
One (1) year experience in an administrative support role
Previous customer service experience and demonstration of customer service skill set
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations
Competent in organizational, time management skills, attention to details and accurate record keeping skills
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications with the ability to learn new applications
As applicable, all Sunrise team members who drive a Sunrise vehicle must review and sign the Driver job description and understand the key essential duties for safety and regulatory compliance
