Marketing Events Coordinator

At Sunrise, our Marketing Events Coordinator is responsible for providing a successful, warm welcoming experience for the Sunrise customer through engaging events and marketing activities.


Responsibilities
 
Responsibilities:

  • Working with the sales and marketing team to execute on the event marketing strategy.
  • Selecting appropriate event venues and securing reservation and catering contracts for events.
  • Planning and executing on all aspects of the events to make the experience a success for our customers.
  • Strategizing with the team on how to convert event attendees to referral relationships or sales.
  • Adhering to marketing budget constraints and timelines to achieve sales goals.
 

 

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma / GED required; Associate and/or College degree preferred
  • One (1) year experience in an administrative support role
  • Previous customer service experience and demonstration of customer service skill set
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations
  • Competent in organizational, time management skills, attention to details and accurate record keeping skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications with the ability to learn new applications
  • As applicable, all Sunrise team members who drive a Sunrise vehicle must review and sign the Driver job description and understand the key essential duties for safety and regulatory compliance
