There is no travel needed with this position. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:
- Installing and repairing wiring, fixtures and control equipment
- Measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling and installing conduit
- Working with 120/240 single phase, 120/240V three phase and 277/480V three phase
- Splicing and/or terminating wires as needed
- Connecting power to equipment
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- Two or more years of electrician training or experience
- Possess a valid State of Wisconsin Master Electrician or Journeyman license
- Possess an ability to work overtime
- Possess experience with measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling and installing conduit
- Possess 120/240 single phase, 120/240V three phase and 277/480V three phase system experience
- Possess a working knowledge of the National Electrical Code
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
