This position is available due to consistently growing demand for company products. The position will allow the plant manager to focus on managing the plant. The work here is not boring as each project and product varies to meet customer requirements. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

Performing a material sourcing role as the company has not had someone in a sourcing role previously
Purchasing manufacturing materials
Accurately generating purchase orders
Being responsible for controlling inventory
Performing cycle counting for inventory
Performing ABC inventory analysis

The background of the successful candidates should include the following:

Two or more years of experience purchasing manufacturing materials
Two or more years of experience generating purchase orders
Two or more years of experience controlling inventory
Two or more years of inventory cycle counting experience
Two or more years of ABC inventory analysis experience
Possess a solid work history
Being a US citizen or green card holder
Having a residence within a 45 minute drive

Preferred but not required experience may include any manufacturing material sourcing experience.
