This full time, permanent Mechanical Machine and Equipment Assembler opportunity is at a growing original equipment and machine manufacturer. The company values employees and promotes innovation. Projects are highly diverse so the work is always interesting. Products include three base machines with numerous options and ways to be engineered and designed.
This is a new position due to growth. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings
- Building electrical-mechanical equipment and machines
- Following best practices for assembly
- Making electrical connections
- Participating in the assembly of a variety of items
- Utilizing a variety of tools as needed
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- Two or more years of mechanical machine and/or equipment assembly experience
- Possess the ability to understand and utilize engineering drawings
- Possess your own mechanical and electrical toolset
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
