Job Description

As a valued engineer on our team, you will collaborate with team in building, supporting, and improving our Active Directory environment.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Microsoft Active Directory Engineer role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Independently determine the needs of the customer and create solution frameworks.
• Design, deploy, and manage multi-site, multi-domain active directory forest 
• Use a process-driven approach in designing and developing solutions.
• Implement new software technology and coordinate end-to-end tasks across the team.
• Supporting Linux in Enterprise Active Directory Environment.

Minimum Required Experiences

• 4+ years

Desired Experiences

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Option to work out of Plano, TX office is available

Skills

• Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
• Experience mentoring others
• Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
• Adept at managing project plans and resources to ensure successful project completion
• Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
• Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
• Support on-site Active directory, Azure Active directory, AWS Managed Active Directory, ADFS and AD in AWS  
• Work with Linux teams to ensure Linux compatibility with AD both on premise and in the cloud 
• Experience with Linux Workstation and Server Enterprise Administration
• Recommend best practices for Linux Active Directory integration 
• Support IT Service tickets for Active Directory 
• Part of on-call support rotation 
• Assist Linux server and application integration teams 
• Adept at working in an Agile Squad, completing EPIC, Story, and Features over time 

Tools

• Experience working in Agile environment 
• Experience in program/project management 
• Advanced experience in Active Directory 
• Advanced experience in Linux Administration 
• Advanced experience in AWS computing technologies 
• Advanced experience in Python Scripting 
• Experience in Azure compute and directory technologies 
• Experience with Kerberos, LDAP, Key Management 
• Experience with AWS Managed AD
• Experience with AWS EC2s, EBS, S3, Secrets Manager  
• Skilled in Python Scripting
