Summary:

This position provides executive administrative support to the CEO and CMO of CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital. The Administration Office Manager also ensures adequate administrative support is provided to all St. Frances Cabrini Senior Leaders through oversight and supervision of the Executive Assistants in the Administration office. The Administration Office Manager also ensures the St. Frances Cabrini Administration Office maintains a professional and confidential atmosphere in keeping with the needs of the office of the CEO and also performs other tasks as assigned by the CEO. 

Requirements:

Education/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or other related field strongly preferred or significant work experience/history in management or other executive support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Proficient to Mastery level of knowledge related to Word, Excel, Outlook and various web based programs.

Experience:

·Three to five years experience in professional office setting with demonstration of increasing responsibility
