The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is an integral part of the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a PCA you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including:

• Ensure that our patients/ residents and their families receive the highest levels of care and service
• Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patient/residents' needs and rights
• Assist with providing clinical care as directed

Required qualifications:

• • Sucessfully complete the AHCA education course
  • Previous experiance as a PCA in an acute care/ long term care setting is desirable
  • Must be able to apply good sound judgment while applying safety modalities and Wyomissing policies

Employment is contingent on successful completion of pre-employment physical and criminal background
