We are currently seeking a Product manager , delivery lead to join our team in US

Day to Day Responsibilities:

* Work with Business and Technical resource managers to ensure the needed staff are available and assigned to the project/program
* Conduct a thorough project kick-off that include confirmation of project scope, roles and responsibilities, and high level timelines
* Creation of the Project charter
* Creation of PDLC exception requests, when necessary, to add/delete or change milestones for projects that do not align with the standard milestones
* Develop, manage, and control the project plan/schedule.
* Hold weekly status meeting and prepare a weekly status report which includes identification of, and updates to issues and risks
* Manage the RAID and proactively addresses risks, issues, and mitigation planning. Escalates as needed to ensure timely resolution and mitigation
* Identify and communicate project/program interdependencies
* Track and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of key project deliverables by those assigned to deliver.

• Serve as the Point of escalation for team members when there are roadblocks, issues, risks that cannot be resolved without intervention.
• Manage all aspects of the project budget process including creation of baseline costs, updating monthly accruals, adjustments, forecasts and weekly/monthly burn rate reporting
• Document and develop required change controls, including the supporting cost changes; including Business Owner in the process
• Address the needs, expectations, and concerns of the stakeholders during the course of the project. Includes appropriately managing the expectations of the business.
• Balance competing project constraints, including Scope, Quality, Schedule, Budget, Resources, and Risk(s) Status Reporting, Budgets, Project Plan, Resource planning, meeting facilitation, overall team coordination. The individual in charge of all projects associated with the program.
• Sound knowledge in managing budgets for multiple projects with excel and sound knowledge in excel macros and automation

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ Years of overall experience
• 8+ Years in Healthcare Industry Domain
• 5+ years of experience in managing the products & projects in terms of scope, schedule and budget.
• 5+ years of experience developing detailed project plans

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in managing Agile projects/program with parallel tracks, knowledge of Azure boards, burn down chart and other project tracking/managing tools. Preferrable to have a Agile/Scrum certification
• Hands on experience in product development in US Healthcare (preferable in HealthPlan )
• Expertise in creating RFP responses , solution designing, Cost Model building etc.
• Hands on experience in creating good Powerpoint slides for RFP responses and client presentations
