Job Title: Program Account Executive

Location: Preferred candidate will be east of Downtown Houston, West of Baytown. Mostly remote but they have offices in both areas.

Salary: $85-95K BASE + 30K in first year commissions

Requirements: Oil & Gas industry experience in sales on sales-related program management

The Program Account Executive provides account management support to Program Account Managers and Directors and supports the business development sales team in the onboarding of target Program Accounts. Responsibilities are broad in scope, encompassing a wide variety of activities, requiring rapid shifts in priorities and working closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales PMO, Accounting and Legal.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide Best-in-industry Account Program Management Support- Understand current and target customers needs, pain points, and buying motives - Develop trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationship with key customer decision-makers and influencers- Ensure accurate demand forecasting and align with manufacturing, inventory, equipment and tech availability- Set up client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and monthly forecast meetings- Travel as necessary to interface with all customer decision-makers and influencers- Visit installation projects to further understand product applications, customer needs and challenges- Participate in local marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, conferences and customer events as needed.- Influence Net Promoter Score (NPS) response rates by engaging decision makers and key influencers- Work to complete all assigned KPIs in a timely and regular manner- Log in meeting activity and provide accurate and timely customer updates through CRM

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of project management and/or inside sales experience
  • Oil and gas industry experience
  • Knowledgeable in solution selling and/or customer-centric sales methodology
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Salesfore.com or similar type of CRM package a plus--Miller Heiman Certified is a plus but not required--
