Job Description

Chateau Nursing & Rehabilitaiton Center of Willowbrook is seeking experienced FT and PT (LPNs and RNs) for Day, PM and NOC shifts to work for a 150 bed skilled nursing facility !!  If you have at least (2) yrs of SNF experience, we would love to speak with you!

Competitive salary ranging from $30.00/hr to $40.00/hr upon experience and credentials.

RN/LPN (Days) - 8 full time and 4 part time

RN/LPN (PM) - 4 full time and 3 part time

RON/LPN (NOC) -  2 full time and 2 part time

LPN RATES: $30.00 -$35.00/hr

RN RATES: $32.00 -$40.00/hr

Shiff differential for RN, LPN for PM and NOC  $1.00 per hour and ADD'L $.50 on weekends ( no shiff differential for day shift )

RN FT sign on bonus earns $8,000 paid out each pay period for 6 months $666.66

RN PT sign on bonus earns $4,000 paid out each pay period for 6 months  $333.33

LPN FT sign on bonus earns $7000 paid out  each pay period for 6 months $583.34

LPN PT sign on bonus earns $4000 paid out each pay period for 6 months $333.33
