Position Summary   

                                               

The Project Administrator main focus is to facilitate information for support.

 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a report schedule  to ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze data to generate successes and identify opportunities.
  • Create and develop communications tools.
  • Gain working knowledge of the business environment, including event plan schedule and process requirements.
  • Participate in business reviews and annual meetings as needed.
  • Work with all staff in the execution of programs.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports

 

Indirect Reports

This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports

 

Travel and/or Driving Requirements

 

Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job 

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Education Level:

(Required)    High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

                                   

(Preferred)   Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience               

 

2-4 years of experience in related field  

Knowledge of ACNielsen, IRI and Spectra a plus

 

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
  • Good written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Decision making skills

Environmental & Physical Requirements

 

Office / Sedentary Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.  Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
