REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – EXTRUSION EQUIPMENT

WORK FROM HOME (anywhere in the US)

COMPANY: Our Client is a manufacturer of capital equipment sold into the extrusion industry. If you sell equipment to extrusion companies, you might well be a fit. Examples include grinders, chillers, calibration tables, mixers, feeders, vacuum convey equipment measuring equipment, etc. In this role, you will work from your home office calling on extrusion companies. This is a multi-national manufacturer with a brand new plant in the US.

LEADER IN MARKET: They are widely recognized as a leader in their area of specialty.

MANAGER: Your manager is a fantastic, supportive, team-based manager who will help you in your role. This person really is a “we all win together” type of manager that has a very positive approach to training and management. He wants everyone rowing in the same direction.

PAY: This is a “base pay plus commission” job.

WHO WE SEEK: They are looking for motivated, dynamic, and well-rounded sales reps to grow the sales for this organization through the development of new customers. They are looking for driven hunters who know how to build relationships and who like to be in front of the client.


REGIONAL SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years experience selling plastics industry capital equipment sold to extruders. If you’ve sold equipment or auxiliary equipment into the plastics market, you already have the right customers.
  • 3+ years experience in a sales position, with a “hunter” mentality, and confidence in the ability to earn a significant portion of their wages in the form of commission.
  • Highly assertive, relentless sales personality and the proven ability to proficiently analyze, prepare presentations, and close multi-million-dollar growth opportunities.
