WHO WE ARE: Longwood Health and Rehab- 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Longwood, FL is currently seeking an RN.  We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new clinical professional to join our team.

As an RN within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will assist with administering medications, care planning, and the daily support and supervision of the clinical staff.  Here @ Orchid Cove Longwood, we believe in a strong TEAM approach that truly improves the lives of all our residents.

Pay Rate: Up to $39.50/hr.   

Monday through Friday and flexible scheduling available. 

Full-time FT, Part-time PT, and PRN

RN Job Summary & Qualifications:

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care 
• Supervise clinical staff (such as LPNs, CNAs) 
• Monitor the administering of all medications and treatments within your facility
• Manage the care plan processes and communicate all care plan instructions to patients and their families
• Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Display unlimited patience and respond to residents with compassion in every interaction
• Active RN License Required
• Advanced Organizational Skills
• Advanced Conflict Resolution Skills
