We are looking for a Sales Manager who is a talented and driven sales and account management professional. You will help us accelerate growth and succeed in a growing and dynamic market. You are responsible for relationship management, retention and oversight of all subscribed services for all assigned clients within their portfolio. You will also be responsible for expanding our book of business in the Oceania region by winning new logos and growing the revenue spend per account. Through regular, proactive outreach you will build relationships with your clients. This will allow you to understand each clients individual needs and workflow, ensure all subscribed services are fully used, identify any areas of risk that require escalation, and provide specialised consultative service.

What You Will Do

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and objectives

  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities in your portfolio of business and own contracting process

  • Manage the full sales cycle and close new sale opportunities across the Oceania market

  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations to Senior Management

  • Identify new prospects through direct emailing ad proactive outreach

  • Ensure the customer is utilizing and benefiting from the full extent of our Nasdaq Governance Solutions

  • Understand product footprint within each account - spend, usage, past issues, etc.

  • Engage with the customer and establish relationships at all levels within their organization, especially with the decision-maker

  • Own and address all at risk situations for portfolio of customers.Act as the first internal point of escalation in case of any issues with the service and engage all internal stakeholders in the retention plan

  • Work with internal teams to ensure client-facing issues are resolved in a timely manner

  • Solicit information from all other internal client touch points (Sales, Support, etc.) to maintain comprehensive view of client relationship

  • Provide contract management and forecasting within CRM for existing business

  • Develop a deep understanding of our Governance solutions and be abreast with product updates

What We Expect

  • A Bachelors degree in business, finance, or marketing/sales

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within B2B SaaS based solutions

  • Excellent client engagement skills, including the ability to build and manage client relationships

  • Experience managing customers throughout the sales process

  • Comfortable working with all levels of an organization, able to engage and interact with C-level corporate executives and board members

  • Positive attitude and deep customer service orientation

  • Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills

  • Ability to keep composure and make decisions in stressful situations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
