Job Description

Operate scale house and oversee rentals.

Requires reconciling invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable duties, assisting with payroll functions,ect.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Administrative support (filing, scanning, copying, answering phones), ect.

Accounts Payable / Receivable work.

Reconciling invoices and payment information.

Collecting rents if they are brought to office, and status of same.

Oversee party house rental.
