General Job Functions: Communicate service needs to patrol officers in a timely manner; Record information accurately
Shift & Hours: Tues-Sat: 1500-2300

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

Dispatch security officers to specific locations around shopping area as requested by tenants/customers
Liaise with emergency services as needed in a timely manner

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
Respond quickly to critical situations
Ability to read and write detailed reports
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Security experience, dispatch experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure
Intermediate computer software proficiency
At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:

Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
Pass an extensive screening process
Security, Military, Law Enforcement Experience Preferred

**This position does NOT require UT DOPL Security License
