MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants. *Description* Digital marketing trends and tactics, a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, growing e-commerce sales, and a very clear understanding of customer journey and funnel marketing for conversion. * Oversee copywriting needs for marketing campaigns (advertising, email, landing pages) - including writing copy or sourcing copy from vendors * Oversee creative needs for marketing campaigns (ads, email, landing pages, etc) - including conceptualization, sourcing, planning and potentially some executing (basic video editing) * Look for new digital marketing opportunities to fit the need of the brand and grow sales with ROAS always on top of mind The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing trends and tactics, a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, and growing e-commerce sales. Candidates must possess a very clear understanding of customer journey and funnel marketing for conversion. * 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with an emphasis on ecommerce (Shopify Plus) * Understanding of Acquisition & Retention strategies in an ecommerce environment, which experience in optimizing funnels for performance marketing * Ecommerce promotional strategy experience, ideally having led a merchandizing or promotional strategy for an DTC ecommerce brand * Experience in compiling, analyzing, and reporting marketing data and KPI's.
