KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Audit Department of Professional Practice organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops high quality course materials in various modalities, using a variety of development tools to support defined outcomes and a continuous learning environment, including facilitator guides, slides, storyboards, performance support, case study files, workflows and exams; assisting in the maintenance of current audit content and guidance
  • Collaborates with business advisors, instructional designers and stakeholders to ensure business needs are addressed in learning in order to achieve defined learning outcomes
  • Takes materials through internal and external reviews by subject matter experts, including addressing reviewer comments
  • Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) calculations under NASBA guidelines
  • Coordinate with onshore and offshore resources on programming and eLearning reviews
  • Correspond with project managers on detailed project and resource planning and regular updates on content development status

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent audit experience preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or international equivalent license 
  • Excellent writing skills: ability to write clearly and understandably, sequence information in a logical order and display creativity in development of course materials
  • Strong interpersonal skills – empathy, active listening; ability to build and maintain relationships with team members
  • Experience with training development tools (such as Camtasia, Storyline, Captivate)
