• Technical lead responsible for day-to-day manufacturing operations of an advanced thin film deposition facility
• Develop materials characterization and analytical techniques for understanding of thin film coatings and substrate materials
• Develop process-structure-property relationships in the development of new materials, and processes
• Design and execute hypothesis driven experiments while ensuring results are analyzed, summarized, and documented
• Provide technical leadership to interns and operators necessary to sustain and improve manufacturing process.

Note: This position will pre-dominantly work out of the Wilmington, DE Agilent site. Though some remote work may permitted.
