WHAT YOU'LL DO

BCG is seeking a candidate for a Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS) role to be an integral part of our agile team. The incumbent for this role will help architect and implement mobile solutions across the full suite of BCG’s systems integrating with other systems, optimizing day to day work of others and mobile experience. The candidate must be open minded and interested in continuous learning, while being curious and doesn’t hesitate to ask questions. They must be willing to innovate and initiate change, discover new solutions and present new ideas. They must work well in a global team environment and collaborate well with peers and stakeholders.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

This position will involve daily collaboration with the architect and other members of development team and other teams throughout Agile design, development, implementation and operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Overall 6+ years of experience in mobile Development
• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and stakeholders
• Expertise in Objective-C, Swift, SwiftUI
• Experience in setting up and working with UI and Unit Test frameworks
• Solid knowledge of technical mobile architectures (MCV, MVVM)
• BS/BA degree, preferably in computer science or related field
• Experience with CI/CD Tools and Platforms
• Deploying, automating, maintaining mobile applications in Apple App Store
• Exposure to Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Firebase
• Exposure to Agile tools like Jira, Confluence etc

You will be a member of the Mobile Frameworks & Platform Squad, a team passionate about building mobile frameworks used by various Mobile Apps Squads/project teams.
