Job Description

Resort Lifestyle Communities is currently accepting applications for a Talent Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team. The Talent Sourcer will pro-actively source quality candidates for key roles and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates utilizing innovative outreach methods. This role will also involve utilizing and implementing technology solutions that ensure efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a main point of contact for interested job applicants through all stages of the recruitment life-cycle.
  • Conduct market research to identify effective and innovative ways of reaching quality candidates.
  • Pro-actively source active and passive candidates for key roles within the company.
  • Screen, interview and recommend qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Monitor and maintain timely and professional communication with candidates.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and requirements.

 Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business Administration, Human Resources, or an industry related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience recruiting for a mid-to-large size company with proven results in sourcing candidates.
  • Experience recruiting for leadership positions (Supervisor/Manager to Executive).
  • Experience and technical knowledge of applicant tracking systems and/or other similar technology platforms.
  • Experience utilizing social media outlets such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. for recruiting.
  • Knowledgeable of employment laws and regulations, especially as applicable to recruiting and hiring.
